Simplicity/Complexities:
It will not be selection criteria at all,
We will carry out the job-work, for every simple/small workings and as well,
We will carry out the job-work, which involve lot of complexities and intricacies
Amount Criteria:
It will not be selection criteria at all, amount as anywhere from some few lacs with simple Term Loan and Cash Credit limit to ranging to multiple crores with multiple and varied facilities and limits
Timing of Preparation:
Preparation of Financials and CMA – Max Within a Day / Next Day
Preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPR) – Max 4/5 Days
and every genuine effort to make it available at the very earliest.
Fees Structure, and
as Holding Good till you get the Sanction:
- Fees shall be inclusive, of any further changes thereto, as may be required by Bank, as often.
- Fees shall be inclusive, of providing any explanation to query, as related to financials
- Fees shall hold good, till you get the final sanction
Usual Data Requirement for JOB-WORK
Preparation of Financials and CMA data, for existing units
- Final Accounts of Last 3 Years, complete with all schedule, Annexures and Listings
- Month-wise Domestic & Export Sales, up to last month, since beginning of year
- Limit sought for as Cash Credit and Term Loan
- Your own estimate of sales for current year and next year
- Sanction letter/EMI schedule for all loans, outstanding on last balance sheet date
- Sanction letter/EMI schedule, for all new loans taken during current year
- Detailing of new capital expenditure, proposed to be incurred under each head
Preparation of Financials and CMA data, for proposed units
- Detailing on Cost of Project, proposed to be incurred under each head
- All products; Capacity, Sale Price and all input detailing, in more precise terms
- Limit sought for as Cash Credit and Term Loan

For this purpose, the detailing had to more precise and specific on several aspects, and it would be exchanged understanding the need and requirement, case to case.
- Company KYC and all Registrations, Recognitions, etc
- KYC of all Promoters, Last 3 years IT returns and Net Worth certificate
